PRICE DROP! OPEN HOUSE SUNDAY --OCTOBER 4, 11:30AM to 1 PM. The friendship-style stairway reflects how this Cedar Point WATERFRONT home is connected to the community and natural world around it—a place where friendly neighbors, often accompanied by their dogs, pass by in the morning; seals rest on rocks just beyond the seawall; and, on especially memorable days, a rainbow seems to touch down directly on 65 Rebecca itself. Inside, an open kitchen and an abundance of windows showcase gorgeous water views, while a charming fireplace provides warmth and split HVAC units offer cool comfort. The rumored to be highest point on the peninsula also has a generator. This is an opportunity for a new owner to enjoy a wraparound deck, three interior floors, and plentiful parking. When not savoring the special soulfulness of this waterfront home, owners can walk the scenic three-quarter-mile loop that includes Rebecca Road or swim or sun bathe at one of the nearby public beaches. They can also dine and unwind in vibrant Scituate Harbor, home to a diverse collection of restaurants and Nona’s Homemade Ice Cream. Turbocharge your satisfaction with life: Live on the water in Cedar Point—a place everyone here knows and loves. Transferable flood insurance for approximately $1200 a year.
